MISTI VOLCANO CLIMB

Your participation in this tour requires altitude acclimatization.

ITINERARY 
FIRST DAY: Arequipa – Base Camp
8:00 a.m. Pick up from hotel by car 4 * 4 to direct the slopes of Misti 3300 mts. (1 ½ hrs drive) from this point we begin our ascent to the base camp walking 5 to 6 hours to the camp (4400 meters), to acclimatize and then we set up our tents, from this point we have a breathtaking view of the Arequipa. Dinner and overnight in tents

SECOND DAY: Exploration and Misti Volcano Downhill
Early breakfast, begin the ascent at June 5 hours approx. The summit is a natural observatory; observe remotely Chachani and Pichu Pichu, the reserve of Aguada Blanca, Laguna de Salinas, Arequipa, small towns and unique and beautiful crater. We will start descended per two hours to the place where we expect the transport. Return to Arequipa around four in the afternoon.

01 DAY CANYON

Duration: 01 days (approximately 16 hours)
Departures: Daily as of 02:30 a.m. to 3:00 a.m.

VISITS:

ITINERARY

FIRST DAY: Arequipa – Base Camp

We left the city of Arequipa at 08:30 a.m. mobility in a 4 x4 to take us to 5000 meters, from which we walk about two hours. To reach the base camp Chachani (5300 m) located below the neck formed by the peaks of the Sulfur and the Angel.

SECOND DAY:

ITINERARY

FIRST DAY: Arequipa-Chivay
Arequipa is part of the O8: 00 am pick up prior to their hotels in a tourist bus to head for the town of Chivay through the foothills of Chachani Arrieros Pampa, Pampa Cañahuas Aguada Blanca National Reserve where you can appreciate the graceful vicuña, visit Vizcachani, Tocra and Pata Pampa 4910 m (Mirador de los Andes) to observe the volcanoes as Hulce-Hualca Sabancaya and Ampato, down to the town of Chivay (3633) Capital of the province of Caylloma.
Lunch at Chivay and then Accommodation in the hotel.
In the afternoon visit the hot springs of La Calera. Evening folklore show.
Dinner and overnight in Chivay

SECOND DAY: Chivay, Cruz del Condor-Oasis
05.30 a.m. Continental breakfast at your hotel, exit at Mirador de la Cruz del Condor to see the spectacular flight of the condors where we see the depth of Colca Canyon staying in this place about 1 hour, then the guide will continue to Cabanaconde Trekking (30 minutes)

12:00 p.m. arrival at Chivay and visit the hot springs of La Calera (1 hour). Lunch in Chivay
2:00 pm Return to the city of Arequipa.
