CENTENARIO TRAVEL EXPEDITIONS, Travel Agency, acts only as an intermediary agent for passengers. its function is to arrange the services provided by airlines, bus operators, train operators, transport operators in general, hotels, tour operators and / or any other independent firm.
CENTENARIO TRAVEL EXPEDITIONS has no control over these companies, so in all travel arrangements our agency acts on behalf of our clients, organizing on their behalf the means of transport, accommodation or other required tourist services, for which reason it does not We assume responsibility in case of accidents, losses, damages, delays, inconveniences or any other type of irregularity that may be caused by defects in any vehicle, or through situations of omission, carelessness or negligence of any company or person hired by them. , to fulfill or carry out any service or part of the tourist service offered, as a result of acts of vandalism, strikes, wars, government actions, weather conditions, or any other type of factors that imply expenses arising from delays, changes of itineraries or other causes.
CENTENARIO TRAVEL EXPEDITIONS reserves the right to accept or reject any reservation request from any passenger, to any tour or tourist package or to cancel or change a tourist package, if the circumstances so warrant. the request of any type of service requested from our company will be understood as the consent of these conditions.
PRICES AND RATES
All prices and rates are expressed both in US dollars and soles and are subject to change without prior notice, until payment has been made and due confirmation of availability.
The prices and rates of the tour packages are per person, based on double occupancy in a standard room in all hotels and include services, transfers, indicated excursions, specialized guides and entrance tickets (unless different conditions are specified). prices and rates do not include extras, tips, airport taxes, air tickets (unless expressly stated), excess baggage or any other trip not specified in the program
ITINERARY:
The itineraries are planned with great care and according to the needs of each client, although, for operational reasons, it may be necessary to change the order of activities in the itinerary, or the specified route, and although such cases may be rare, the Itinerary in general should only be assumed as a basic guide.
The company reserves the right to make, without prior notice, modifications in the order of excursions or trips, due to weather conditions, river level, time of arrival or departure of airplanes, buses or trains or by any other relevant reason, the same that will guarantee the best development of your trip.
RESERVATIONS:
All reservations will be subject to confirmation until full receipt of full payment for services. In case a specific agreement has been reached between the company and the client, the reservation may be confirmed with a partial payment of 50% for packages with standard category hotels and 65% for packages with superior and luxury category hotels. however, the balance must be paid before the start of services.
Payments for our services can only be made as indicated in our payment methods. Once the reservation of the tourist package is confirmed to the client by e-mail, this will be guaranteed, except for cancellation for reasons stated under the heading of responsibilities which are totally unrelated to the company.
The confirmation of the hotels is subject to availability, if there is no space in the selected hotel, another of a similar category and price will be given.
Regarding cancellations, returns and money refunds, these will be regulated by the terms and conditions stipulated in the cancellation, return and refund policies.
Hotels (not included in a tour package)
Hotel reservations can only be confirmed if full payment for the services has been confirmed (unless expressly agreed in the contract). In case a specific agreement has been reached between the company and the client, the reservation may be confirmed with a partial payment.
The client will only need to appear at the hotel and identify himself with his passport (in case of being a foreigner) or with his national identity document (in case of being Peruvian). In case breakfast or other food is included in the hotel’s offered rate, this will be clearly specified. the passenger must comply with the established schedules for the consumption of these meals according to the hotel’s policy. Any extra consumption not clearly specified as included will have to be paid directly by the passenger and will be solely the responsibility of the passenger.
Air Tickets (not included in a tourist package)
Prices and rates of air tickets are subject to availability and change without notice until they have been issued. schedules, itineraries, these flight numbers and ticket times are subject to change until the date of travel by the airline.
All airline ticket reservations will be subject to confirmation until receipt of full payment for tickets and until tickets have been issued. tickets issued for the air transport service do not allow refunds and do not allow a change of route. however, date changes will only be accepted up to 7 days before the original flight date if a rate that allows it has been taken, upon payment of a penalty (subject to change without prior notice). the service operator may modify the current conditions without prior notice.
In the case of electronic air tickets (e-tickets) it will not be necessary to present them, it is only necessary for the passenger to identify himself with his passport (in case of being a foreigner) or with his national identity document (in case of be a resident of the country).

Bus Tickets (Not Included in a Tour Package)

During the high season period, our company reserves the right to modify the cancellation policies if our suppliers apply various sanctions to those listed above.
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
When the trip is canceled in advance, Centenario Travel Expeditions will try to offer another alternative, and if this is not accepted, the amount will be returned according to the following:
REFUNDS: the amount will not be refunded if they do not show up on the day of departure, or if the trip is abandoned before its end. Nor will the number of services not used by the passenger be reimbursed, such as train travel, entrances to tourist and scheduled attractions, international and national flights, buses, accommodation, excursions and services included in this trip.
CANCELLATIONS:
1.-A minimum service may be canceled 30 days in advance and the money will be reimbursed to the clients, the client will assume the penalties and administrative expenses that cause the cancellation of the same charged by the different service providers and companies in the which purchases were made according to their own reservation and cancellation policies.
2.- If the client does not report the cancellation of his trip due to delays or changes in other services taken on his own account, he will lose the total amount paid and the payment made will not be reimbursed.
3.- If within the tourist package you take hotel services and air flights, the agency is not responsible if there are schedule changes either due to weather problems and temporary problems such as strikes or strikes.
RESPONSIBILITY:
CENTENARIO TRAVEL EXPEDITIONS and its associated agents are not responsible for losses or additional payments due to delays or problems in transportation or other services that the client hires in their free time, or due to their own account, illness, weather, strike or other causes. all losses will be the responsibility of the passenger. We are not responsible for any loss, injury or damage caused to any person or property as a result of negligence or other cause of the passenger.
PAYMENTS:
WE HAVE DIFFERENT MEANS OF PAYMENT
1.- Payments with Visa and MasterCard cards, once the reservation is confirmed, a secure payment link will be sent to you with the agreed amount via email.
2.-Via western union on behalf of the legal representative of the company. Centenario Travel Expeditions, which is detailed once the reservation is confirmed.
3.- Interbank transfer -Banco de Crédito del Perú, once the reservation is confirmed, the details to carry out said transaction will be sent to you.
4.-The payment to reserve a tour in advance is 50% of the total amount and the rest may be canceled upon arrival in the city of Cusco.
5.-If the client wishes to make the total payment, it can also be done after coordination of both parties.
